The venue is clean with great employees. The rooms with 2 queen beds are comfy and wonderful. The breakfast includes good cookies, eggs, sausages, and hot waffles. The pool area is great and there is easy parking on site. The location is convenient, close to the airport, restaurants, and outlet.

Very quiet even though next to the airport. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff.

Bring your own pillows (extremely soft pillows squished down to nothing). Hot breakfast barely qualified for more than a continental.

Possibly the best and very comfortable stay during the night and early morning. Beautiful room, huge with 2 queen beds as well as the hot tub. Excellent staff. Hot and free breakfast to start the day with waffles and coffee.

The heat was completely off when we got there so room was freezing. Night staff was impatient to being helpful. We had to ask for towels that should have already been in pool area.

We greatly enjoyed the place and its warm and free breakfast.

Room were beautiful, nice and amazing hotel. The room we had included climate control, flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. Pleasant staff and the location was particularly good and magnificent. Had nice dainties at Travelers Cafe and Pub, located minutes from the venue.

The hotel was nice with free wifi. I really enjoyed the convenient placement of climate control, flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator in the queen room. The venue was just next door to multiple restaurants, the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek airport, and Kalamazoo, MI. The hotel was 1 mile away from Milham Park Golf Club. I spent here 1 good day and will be back.

Breakfast "egg" was not a real egg. It was like an egg colored piece of foam. Strange.

My kids found used women's underware in the room right away.

The facility is showing it's age. Towels had a gray hue. Went down to breakfast at around 8:30 no hot food, no juice, no plates, napkins.The eating area was a mess with no staff available. Very disappointing. Was not a good for the rate we paid.

The hotel was clean, the staff were knowledgeable, and I loved the affordable room rate. My room had a super comfortable bed, great climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. I stayed for one night and will definitely return.

Some goofy things... bathroom door wouldn't close unless the toilet seat was down. A alarm clock didn't work but couldn't replace it as it was attached to the outlet.

The price for the room was very inflated vs other hotels that are similar. We got free breakfast but everything was empty, so take that for what it is worth. Very poor value. You can stay in a much cheaper hotel and won't notice a difference.
